Day-by-Day Itinerary
Srinagar to Sonmarg (84 km / ~2 hrs 30 min)
Arrive at Srinagar Bus Stand and depart for Sonmarg via Kheer Bhawani. Sonmarg — 'The Meadow of Gold' — sits at 9,000 ft in the Sindh Valley, strewn with flowers and ringed by mountains. In the evening complete RFID card formalities. Ponies can be hired to visit Thajiwas Glacier (at own cost), a major summer attraction. Overnight stay in Sonmarg.
Sonmarg to Neelkant Helipad – Amarnath Darshan (depart 4:00 AM)
Early morning departure for Sonmarg Neelkant Helipad. Board helicopter for Amarnath Cave darshan (SDR). Overnight stay at Panchtarni.
Panchtarni to Srinagar (84 km / ~2 hrs 30 min)
After freshen-up, depart for Srinagar. Transfer to Srinagar Bus Stand / Airport. Tour concludes.
