Who can join the Sahyatri Partners program?
Any registered Indian travel agency, tour operator, freelance travel consultant or corporate travel desk. We verify GST/PAN before activating your dashboard.
Is there a joining fee?
No. The program is free to join. You only need to maintain the monthly booking threshold for your chosen tier to earn its cashback rate.
How is "completed booking" defined?
A booking is counted as completed once the travel date has passed and the customer has not cancelled. Refunded or cancelled bookings are excluded from tier calculations.
When does my tier get upgraded?
Tiers are recalculated at the start of every month based on the previous month's completed bookings. There is no lock-in — you can move up or down freely.
How do I withdraw YatraCash?
You can use the wallet balance to pay for any new booking on the platform, or request a bank payout (NEFT) once your balance crosses ₹2,000.
Do I get GST input credit?
Yes. Every booking invoice is issued in your agency's name with GST clearly itemised, so you can claim input credit and pass on the right invoice to your client.
